I like it so far!.
Great unit so far—After the factory head unit stopped working. This is definitely a huge upgrade in my 2018 Dodge Durango. I’m giving it 5 stars for now since it’s only been about more than two weeks since installation. The install process was surprisingly easy, even as my first time replacing a head unit in my own vehicle. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the unit can’t connect to WiFi and Bluetooth at the same time—it’s one or the other. When connected to WiFi, I mainly use it for streaming YouTube videos, which works great, so it’s not a dealbreaker for me.

Garbage Prodict
Absolutely horrible product!!! Only had for about a month now and the screen goes in and out, the sound comes and goes and the Bluetooth and CarPlay connectivity glitch and randomly turn off while driving. Waste of money and of course cannot contact seller or get any support

Not made to last
Only have had for about 9-10 months. The seller is not able to be contacted & now not able to control anything on the radio. Ac is on & cant be turned off music will no longer work what so ever and so on. Therefore I have to go buy a whole other system & still pay to install all over again. This inconvenience is not okay. If the seller were able to give another with warranty that would be a different story.
