Infinity makes an exceptional product. If you are looking for one of their chairs that has a hip sway feature and spinal extension… this is the one! No need to upgrade to the fancier models. The foot and leg massage is fantastic. Will be purchasing another chair as soon as we can figure out how to fit it in the room.

This massage chair has great features. I love that it is bluetooth enabled so i can listen to my spa music right through the chairs' speakers. I also love that you can adjust the airbags so it can squeeze my calf the way i want during the massage.

Order this one!I don’t know why it’s $2000 less for the same item advertised in other listings but it was in perfect shape and has made my life much better

The program board is faulty after two years. I’ve already replaced several pc boards. The app is outdated through Infinity and the Bluetooth stopped working

There are certain things you just should not buy before you try. A massage chair is one of them. Each person has their own likes and preferences that they want in a massage chair and no chair has everything you want so it’s a compromise at best but after trying a few dozen you find out what you like and don’t like about a chair that no review will be as good as a demo but a review can steer you in the right direction. After trying the luraco irobitics I7, and legends, Osaki pro maestro, dream weaver, Panasonic, infinity iystsu, imperial, raige x3, 8500, and the X3, I bought the X3 because of its Thai stretch routine! No other chair does this routine this way. Even the raige X3 that is the replacement the the X3 pails in comparison and the plain 8500 doesn’t have it. What makes this chair different is that it uses the shoulder airbags to pin down your upper torso while the foot bags pin down your feet and then it pulls on your feet while stretching your legs AND SPINE! All the other stretch routines on all other chairs grab your feet but because they do not tilt you flat, your butt sits in the seat and the stretch is only from your hips to your feet. While this feels good, it is no where near as beneficial as getting the spine to stretch and decompress. Once you experience the pulling of the spine compared to all other chairs just pulling on your legs you will forgo all other features to get that lower back pain relief only a spine stretch will give if you have lower back pain like me. Fortunately the X3 is so robust I didn’t give up much. The only thing I wish it had was an L-track so it would massage my gluteus, arm stretch program like the robotics I7 has the elbow massage pads the irobotics legends has and password lock so the kids don’t play on it when your not at home. The irobotics legend was a close second, still pulling more from the hips to the spine but at 6ft tall I was too big for the back section and the rollers didn’t get to my neck unless I scrunched down in the seat which was not pleasent to do. It’s simply made for smaller people. I have short legs and a longer torso so it makes matters worse for me. So people say the stretch is too aggressive but I like it. I’m sure after I’m more comfortable with the chair and completely relax the chair should be able to pop my back! Maybe I can cut down on chiropractic sessions and save some money.

I am 6'3" tall 225 lbs and my wife is 5' tall, 100 lbs, so finding a chair that would work for both of us was a challenge. This one fits the bill. We have nothing but positive things to say about this chair - the massage is very strong and relaxing.I do recommend white glove delivery, as the chair is heavy and assembly was a bit challenging, even for the professionals who delivered it. Our seller was outstanding -he remained in constant communication throughout the process. The delivery was very smooth and professional.

This chair is amazing! The stretch massage has helped my back pain. I sit in it every day. The foot rollers are the best you'll ever feel. The remote is easy to use. My husband loves the neck and shoulder massage. Best investment we have made this year!

I require a lot of stretching to make my back feel good every morning. This chair does that exact thing so I can go on about my day feeling great
