It looks beautiful on and not as crazy as I thought it would. It is a liquid eyeliner with a brush so not a felt too pen, but it is not very hard to use. 4 is very similar to number two in the picture, but does not have glitter. In my opinion it is more teal than green. It is a felt tip pen liquid eyeliner.

This is a nice pen with great colors. However, after 30 minutes on your face, the smudge appears. I have to paint over and over to keep the eyes fresh-looking. It is not water-resistant either. I would not use this pen to a party as at the beginning of the party the eyes will be full of smudge, formless, with patches of color there and here.

When they work the colors are fantastic! You have to shake them a LOT just like nail polish. And then you have to be careful because the liquid can come out very heavily. They are true to color as advertised 100%! So they are gorgeous when they do work. The blue works much better than the purple. But once you have a good line, don’t mess with it. If you miss a tiny spot and you try to go back and fill it in and you touch any part of the liner that has dried, the tip will take off the dried liner. It’s extremely annoying. So make sure to get a good amount of flow and do one good stroke all the way across your eyelid. If you don’t get it right on the first stroke, you might as well take it off and start it again. Don’t try to add to it because you’ll just get frustrated. Believe me! I’ve done it multiple times!! And this is why I’m only giving it 3 ⭐️ Good luck!!

Amazing. Wish it was a little more vibrant and sparkly but it worked very well! Super pretty, stayed on all night.
