Worst pan I have ever bought. It’s non-stick just for namesake. The coating came off just after a couple of months, in spite of hand-washing. When I called Amazon, they said this product doesn’t have any warranty. They gave the manufacturer’s number which could not be reached! In case of an issue, you will get zero support unless you return it within the 30-day return window.Please save your money & buy something else.

EDIT: We have now been using this 3-qt, 9.5" pan for over 2 years now and it is still like new. It still gets near daily use. We now have several of these 'splatter coat' looking ceramic pans and they have all been great. This one is still one of my favorites. EXCELLENT PANWe use very limited high heat. It's amazing how much browning gets done on these pans on a med-low flame.----After 8 1/2 months of near daily usage this pan is still like new and the non-stick surface is as good as day one. It has become my all time favorite pan, and I've used a lot in my 45 years of cooking.I have ruined similar ceramic pans in the past by using high heat, so on this one I only use low to medium heat (which still cooks like high heat on other Teflon/Stainless pans).When I stir fry I use medium heat or less. If the pan is filled with soup or other liquid I will use high just until it boils, then back to med or lower.I am extremely happy with this pan and will buy more of this line as needed... wishing they made a similar square griddle .This pan is so slick you could just wipe it clean with a cloth but we always wash it by hand with soft brush and soapy water within hours of use (after cooling) and towel dry.

So far so good. The bottom is a bit smaller than I like for electric stove. Also there is a slight protruding rim at the bottom that kind of prevent the stove bottom from touching the stove surface. I assume this is for a good reason.The pan otherwise looks study with a solid feel and bottom. I am hoping the bottom does not bulge up in the center like some other pans. I hate that since the grease would always run to the side while food is mostly in the middle.2/16/18 Update: Now its been almost a week since I bought this. It has become my go to pan! I have an All Clad pan that is slight smaller that used to be my go-to pan for cooking small amount of food or warming up left over. But this one is lighter and just as sturdy so it seems. I wish they make a 10.5" that is 1/2 inch or 1/4" taller. I would buy that in a heart beat. I saute a lot of vegetables, meat etc.3/22/18 Update: Issues now. After once or twice being on hot stove for a bit longer, the non-stick surface seems ruined. Food sticks to bottom easily... Guess I am on the look for another replacement.

I'm impressed by how nonstick and lightweight this pan is, but admittedly I've only used the pot a few times. I love it so far as the food seems to just slide off even when I use very little olive oil. The flavor of the food cooked in this pot seems to be higher than other nonstick cookware I've used. If you like the look of ceramic coated cast iron cookware, but wish it were a little more nonstick, then this pot would be a good alternative, especially considering it is much less expensive and much more lightweight.The pot is also a lot bigger than I imagined it would be, so it would be great for soups, braised dishes, etc. The only bit of inconvenience is that one must wait for the pan to cool down before washing in order to avoid 'warping,' but it is an issue that is not unique to this manufacturer as Cuisinart has a web page dedicated to addressing the issue. Keep in mind that the pot heats up quickly, so oven mitts are recommended as the handles get quite hot.

I’ll bring this pot to my grave. This pot is so non-stick, it’s so non-toxic, it’s so fetch... idk you’ll have to give it a go if you ask me. Don’t even think about it, just take that leap. You know how people say “made with love?” A sociopath could use this pot successfully. That’s all I’m saying. Relish this treasure. Create your own adventure by stirring or leaving to simmer. It can compliment your spontaneous desires.

I've been a long time fan of Teflon. Other non stick pans that I've tried (and my father is constantly trying new pans, the man is banned from infomercials) have not lived up to the hype. My son got a bird for his birthday and so I had to find a new set of pans as the fumes from Teflon are toxic to them. Which leads me to this review.They don't stick. Period. I'm impressed. For the price they're amazing. For the reviewers who commented about hot handles... even my commercial quality pans I replaced this set with heated up. The temp is warm not hot so I really don't understand the fuss anyway.UPDATE: It's been 6 months and the finish on the bottom of the frying pan has come off, meaning everything sticks like crazy now. For the price I feel this was a good purchase, my other pans are still like brand new but for my daily pan, the frying pan, I am looking at another brand. New review 4.5 stars.

I have been using them for a few years and they are in excellent condition. I am careful not to overheat them, let them sit on the burner with nothing in them or wash them while they're still hot . I learned that could damage the ceramic. If you need pots and pans that can take rougher treatment, then I don't think these are for you. But, if you handle them with a little care, this cook set has solid, even heat distribution, heavy bottoms for slow cooking and nothing sticks to them. I love them! and I know I will have them for a very long time.

Excellent product. Easy to clean. Best of all,, quick conduction of heat onto the base shortening cooking time and saving gas.

One of the pans burned badly on medium heat on second use. There’s a permanent black, burnt mark on it now. Everything sticks on it now and it’s totally unusable. It’s a shame because the company gives a 1 year warranty but the quality is pathetic and we are going to throw it out. We would urgently like a refund.

I've been using my pan for 2 months. The pan is very light and I was sceptical about how it would heat. I'm very pleased so far. The pan heats up quickly and evenly. The non toxic ceramic coating works very well and very little oil is needed. The pan cleans up very easily. It came with a nice glass lid. I love the unique size and shape of the pan. Great for frying, sauteing or stir frying 2-4 servings. I would recommend it.

I specifically bought this product hoping it would live up to it's non-stick name, but unfortunately after only one use there is already a dark mark and some food particles embedded on the surface. I do a great deal of cooking and never used a metal utensil on this product, yet the food still stuck to it with the regular stirring of a wooden spoon. Definitely not the non-stick item it was advertised to be.
