Dead out of the box
What can I say, received a non functioning thermostat. Looked new and unused but when installed it remained in the open position. The coolant did not circulate and the heater was blowing cold air. Some other reviewers had the same problem. My guess is the manufacturer has poor quality control. Ended up going to O’Reilly’s Auto and got a working one there. Had to buy coolant twice since the first batch was wasted, so that was an extra $20. I would suggest buying an OEM product if I were you

It did the job
I got a code for thermostat stock opened . I replaced it with this one and cleared cods. So far so good no issues. And it was easy to install. It took me 10 mint.

Used it on my 09 C300. Fit perfect and cleared the code after a couple of days. Wasn’t really easy to install but there are some videos on YouTube.
