An ultra-light, full-frame design, the Sawfish protective glasses are a great choice for everyone. Ideal for many face shapes, these anti-fog safety glasses are built with Performance Fog Technology, which is the best anti-fog technology available. It repels moisture and maintains a clear field of view regardless of the setting. They are constructed with premier polycarbonate lenses as well as TPR nose pieces and temple ends. With variable-tinted lenses these safety glasses are perfect for outdoor use. Use them at home for DIY projects, carpentry, gardening, and more. They’re also designed for job sites such as construction, manufacturing, shooting, agriculture, law enforcement, as well as a wide variety of other settings. Built with a hydrophilic coating, the lenses possess premiere anti-fog technology to increase visibility. The lightweight design makes them an easy pair of safety eyeglasses to wear for hours at a time, as their ergonomic fit relieves unwanted pressure. They are also made without metal parts and a non-conducting frame, insulating to protect against electrical injury. Additionally, the lenses are hard coat treated to provide anti-scratch protection, allowing even more versatility and eye protection. They filter 99.9% of UVA/UVB/UVC light rays to protect your eyes for years to come. They meet ANSI/ISEA Z87.1 high impact and anti-fog standards. Review: Consistent Performance — Ended Up Buying More for Work - I initially bought a set of these to try out for personal use. After putting them through regular use and seeing how they held up, I went back and purchased an additional 15 pairs for work. They’ve been consistent and reliable across the board. Fit and function have been as expected, and I haven’t run into issues that would make me look for an alternative. The version I purchased is photochromatic, and I’ve noticed they go from clear and darken in sunlight. It appears to be UV-reactive, similar to transition lenses, which is a useful feature when moving between indoor and outdoor environments. Using them across multiple people in a work setting, they’ve held up consistently without noticeable issues. Overall: dependable, lightweight, and consistent—good enough in practice that I felt comfortable buying more for ongoing use. Review: Pretty good! - A little dark for indoor...and a little clear outside....but they are my favorite safety glasses so far.

Are these ratings for a totally different product than what I received?
So where do I start with these glasses? They are said to be anti-fog (in fact super duper extra anti-fog something or other), scratch resistant, and the ones I bought were variable tint/transition lenses. Firstly, these are perhaps the most uncomfortable glasses I've ever worn, and I've worn some awful safety glasses. The nose pads and above-the-ear pads are basically not there, amounting to little more than slightly differently colored bumps on the otherwise remarkably cheap feeling frames. There's nothing visually or physically appealing about these glasses, they look and feel like any $3 pair you grab from the checkout counter at AutoZone because you forgot your good glasses at home. Next, anti-fog; yeah, I made them fog in about 10 seconds flat. Granted, I was TRYING to do that to test them, but these things basically say they're immune to fogging and it took basically no effort to fog them up. Scratch resistant? Cool, except my pair came out of the box with a small scratch on one of the lenses. If it can't make it through shipping while double wrapped in packaging, in a secure box with air bags without scratching then it's got no hope in real world applications. And the best part of all, the transition lenses. Umm...well, that's a lie, easy review there. The lenses are nothing but clear plastic, no hint of a tint, and when worn in direct sunlight on this lovely 82 degree day for over 5 minutes they never darkened even the slightest. Overall, I feel completely ripped off by these things. I'm not setting out to destroy them, so I won't test their durability, but they feel like a slight bend would do them in. They look simple and boring, none of the advertised features work at all, and it's all wrapped in a $30+ price tag!? After reading so many positive reviews, I really thought I was getting something good with this purchase, but now I'm wondering if I even received the same product, because these are worth about $5 at best and that's only if I'm really desperate. Shipping them back and continuing to shop.

Great style, decent comfort, no case, high price
The good: 1. Great style. These look different than most safety glasses and I have gotten several compliments about them. I call them "my Buddy Holly glasses". 2. Very clear vision. Of course all safety glasses get scratched up after awhile, but as-new the lenses are very good. 3. They're reasonably comfortable on my larger-than-average head. The bad: 1. There's no case or lens cloth. They just come in a plastic bag. I expected more at this price point. About the photochromic coating: In my experience with other brands, the coating is pretty fragile and easily scratched off by normal use. I don't know yet if that's true with these. Also they never get as dark as regular sunglasses, but they're better than nothing. In my job I switch from indoors to outdoors often so I'm willing to put up with the fragility and the extra expense. If you don't really need photochromic lenses save your money and just buy clear ones or permanently tinted ones.

Good glasses
decent safety glasses I’ve never had them fog up or anything. And they are scratch resistant not scratch proof. The only downside is paying 30 bucks for one pair. I’m hard on the glasses so they don’t last long before they are scratched up.
