The handle of the cooker gets heat as well. There are 3 handles on each plate that use to put in, that should have 4 that will make a good balance to use it. Overall is okay product.

Not worthy to buy that much expensive one, because idlis are not coming very well like I used to do before one, waste of money

I have been using it from approximately 3 months and it is a wonderful product. The thickness of the kadhai is good. All other attachments are also quite useful. I would recommend buying this product

Thanks Qsec , the seller, for making this good quality multi kadai. Thanks Amazon for timely delivery and good quality service. It is exactly as shown in demo image. Feels good quality, not yet used. It is stainless steel , multi kadai big size in width , with different plates, 2 idli plates ( note: no holes in idli plates where we put batter as compared to other idli maker utensils idli plates which generally do have holes), 2 dhokla plates, 1 mini idli plate and 1 steamer plate. The most important thing why I bought this is because the handles made on all plates , each plate , to lift up plates , are made of steel (and not plastic ) which is healthy and good. Although the knob on outer lid , to lift the kadai lid , of this multi kadai is made of plastic , it's outside so not very harmful. One can make idlis, dhoklas or just steam vegetables, ukadiche modak and eat. Go ahead and buy.

The seller exchanged the product which was damaged from outside. The latter one is very good, sturdy and value for money.
