Great for my little boy for school. A little hard to find a lunch box bag for it as it's quite big but once we got that sorted it's been great with all the different compartments. The lid can be a little tricky for a smaller child to get on, my boy is 5 and it took him a short while to get it right. The little accessories it comes with are a perfect addition for school lunches.

Sauce continental is missing

The build quality is great. But 3 of us in the house cannot open it properly or close it. Yes it's cute,but when your on a time limit to eat your lunch and the pesky thing won't open or close, it isn't great. Last week I was so fed up with it I threw it in the bin. My mothers carer gave out a big cheer as it had been driving her crazy for the last few weeks. Not value for money, haha ease of use. Nope . Forget it if you a child. Poor kid would starve trying to undo it..on the plus side you get cute little forks for fruit,which we did keep. So not definitely not value for money for toothpicks. Owner of the bento box 72years. Carers 53 and 59. And son 43. I dont think even a 10 year old could open with ease. We all struggled to open and close the stupid box. Unless you don't mind being frustrated for a good 10mins out of your day,go ahead and buy.

My son loves to use this for his packed lunch. A bit big but lightweight. Easy to use and easy to clean. Leak-proof, dishwasher safe, microwave safe and freezer safe. Love the small animals which encourage kids to eat their food. Comes with 4 locking clips, cutlery storage, 5 compartments.

The first thing that struck me out of the box was the colour. The colours are really vibrant and stand out, you certainly wouldn’t loose it in a rucksack in the dark. The second thing is the overall capacity. A lot of Bento boxes are 12-1400ml capacity, this box is 1600ml and that extra 200-400ml makes a lot of difference, particularly if the box is being used by an adult or older child. A lot of Bento boxes are also multi-story, however, this box is all on one level - a ground floor Bento. Standard Bento features. The lid is lockable to all four sides using very robust clasps that stay in place and can take the normal abuse it would experience that being transported in a rucksack or school bag brings. Once the lid is down and locked in place the internal compartments and the exterior are effectively sealed and leakproof. You also get cutlery that sits in a compartment in the lid and a sauce pot that has its own compartment in the box, or you can just use all five compartments for food. You can use it in the microwave; although not with the lid, and you can stick it in the dishwasher, but not the lid. To be fair I’ve never microwaved anything in a Bento box because we generally use them for picnics, walking or day trips. Personally we just hand wash our boxes and this one cleans really easily with hot soapy water. This is a really good well thought out Bento box.

It is also dishwasher safe, so I can just put it in the dishwasher after use. The lunch box has a large capacity of 1600ML, which is enough for a balanced meal. The lunch box is also lightweight and portable, it has a handle on the lid that makes it easy to carry.The lunch box is not only suitable for kids, but also for adults. I sometimes use it for my work lunch and I get many compliments from my colleagues. The lunch box is very versatile and can be used for various occasions, such as school, work, picnic, camping, etc.Overall, I am very pleased with this bento lunch box. It is a cute and practical product that makes packing lunch fun and easy. It is also very affordable and durable. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a good lunch box.

Bought this for my child's school. It's a good size with lots of compartment but the rubber inside keeps coming out and the last time I washed it, the writing and picture on the cover smudged.
