It has carrageenan E407, its known to cause IBD, not sure how it can be added to a product claimed as natural, even one user reported stomach pain after consuming it.

I tried many vitamin supplements in the last few years but nothing worked for my dry skin. I am 37 years old and this problem of dry skin was increasing every year. I also got dry patches on my skin.
