Warning, this product can cause serious eye damage!!!
While washing dishes I accidentally splashed this soap in my eye. After several hours of trying to wash it off myself had to go to an emergency room where I was told that the chemicals this product contains actually caused cornea burn. After using this product I ended up with an injured eye and a huge medical bill to pay.Packaging doesn't have any warnings or safety instructions, please be cautious!!!

Best Soap For Cutting Thru Grease & Rinses Off Easily-Poor EWG Ratings For Health/Environment
Meyer’s Clean Day Dish Soap in Honeysuckle smells great and doesn’t bother my allergies. The soap does a better job cutting through grease than other brands I typically use such as Method. It also rinses off easily. Meyer’s is concentrated, so a little goes a long way and the bottles last a long time. I bought the 6-pack about 7 months ago and still have a few bottles left. I’d say the 6 bottles is at least a year’s worth of dish soap in our house, keeping in mind we do use a dishwasher but hand wash pots/pans and prewash our dishes. The downside is that EWG has given the last four formulations “D” ratings, and the ingredients remain almost the same as the last rated formulation. Meyer’s dish soap still has “D” rated fragrance (irritation & aquatic toxicity), PEG 5 cocoate (cancer, irritation, eye damage) and Methylisothiazolinone (acute aquatic toxicity). It still has “C” rated SLS, polysorbate 20, lauramine oxide, tetrasodium glutamate diacetate and more. The Method dish soap I last bought also gets a “D” EWG rating. I’d rate this Meyer’s dish soap 5 stars for performance, but I’m taking off 2 stars for health and environmental risks identified by EWG. 3 stars.

Artificial Fragrance Not in Item Description Is a Bit Misleading
This review is in regards to the lavender fragrance. This product cleans really well. But there’s a different problem that makes it a deal breaker for me.I generally love natural fragrances. This product does contain some natural ingredients that have their own aromas. However, it’s primary aroma a) isn’t natural and b) is overpowering. In the Q&A section right here on Amazon, a rep from Meyers says they choose to use an artificial “fragrance” because they’re more shelf stable that the natural ones. You can go find that Q&A. Further, the ingredients listed below in this amazon listing are not complete. The actually bottle disclosed more ingredients, including the culprit.Artificial is one thing. Otherwise, it’s just way too much. And I have always been a smell and fragrance person.I remember about 20yrs back, I went to a friends house and they always had this artificial flowery smell that was really strong in their kitchen. I never liked going there because I always found it to be kind of icky for lack of a better word. I never knew what the smell was and never asked. Now years later, I finally realized what that smell was from so long ago. I had never used Meyers before. But we were out of soap with this pandemic and I saw a deal for 6bottles at a really good price. I love lavender. So I thought, deal!Sadly, wrong. To my dismay, that smell I long since forgotten about turned out to be Meyers and now I have six bottles of it. I opened the first bottle thinking, that’s strange. I know this smell. After some veggie washing, I sealed the bottle back up and am going to offer all six to any of my neighbors who may be takers. My kitchen still smells like it hours later.DON’T use them on your veggies. Bad mistake. The oils and artificial fragrance took me 8-10 thorough rinsings, plus using extra strength vinegar at the end 2x to get the fragrances off so my veggies would be edible. And I used a small amount of soap in a full 4qt bowl.I can’t imagine this soap is “good” for you as some may claim, aromatherapy or not.EDIT: Ten days after I wrote the above, I managed to sell all six bottles to a couple neighbors having warned them. But the sponge I used to scrub my veggies with, after ten days and nights worth of dishes still smells like the fragrance. I even used a really strong vinegar and another strong soap.Qualification: The one time I used this Meyer’s soap, I didn’t even pour the soap right onto the sponge. I merely added a little to 4qt of water for my veggies as mentioned above, mixed it up and then used the sponge. And I still can’t get the smell out.

My mom loves it.
I bought these for my mom and my aunt. They both loved it. It has a warm and fresh scent, not quite like a detergent and does not dry out her skin. Or so she says. She says it does as well as any other dish soap product she's tried on grease and clingy/sticky foods. She places it in a pump soap dispenser and seems to be lasting her for quite some time. She also said thank you. And your fam or friends will thank you too if you bought them this soap. Good soap.

Smells great, works great!
Why is Amazon asking me to rate (up to 5 stars) a dish soap on its FLAVOR? Who is going around drinking this? I have so many questions. While this smells fabulous and cleans great, I do *not* recommend it based on its supposed flavor...

Smells great but leaves taste on dishes
This dish soap smells amazing and gets the job done well with just a drop of liquid; the reason for the 4 stars is bc even with an adequate amount of rinsing and dry time it leaves a faint soap taste in cups and bottles which isn’t what you want when you think you’re getting a refreshing cup of water.

Overwhelmingly strong and persistent artificial cheap perfume smell
Thought I'd try something a little different but when I opened the bottle to remove the seal a little soap got on my thumb and forefinger and a lot of what the manufacturers call lavender scent hit my poor nose like a stinky sledgehammer. Immediately closing the bottle, putting it in a Ziplock bag and then the trash stopped the main sensory assault but even after washing my hands in hot water and my usual unscented dish detergent the smell lingered on my fingers for hours.

No Scent
The first time I got it it smelled great. Then after it was unavailable for a long time (after covid) I finally got some again...no sent. I tried it one more time...and I have enough sent to barely smell it when it first comes out. I am not sure if the company is trying to save money but I am not ever going to buy this again. I did order a different sent to see if it is better...I know that with covid people lose their sense of smell, But I can smell everything else just fine...just not this.
