I'm not certain what is classic about this Kracker, but in Germany the mix of flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds is considered the classic mix of seeds for crusty breakfast rolls. All of the Krackers have flaxseeds in the dough, but the Klassic emphasizes the nutty flax flavor. This Kracker can be good with many toppings, from nut butters to cheeses, from fresh avocado to prosciutto or from hummus to smoked salmon
