Purchased a 13.5 for my 4 year old son and got a 4c. Smh. Haven't received a refund that was stated through customer service.

Not true to size
Order 10 toddler , and receive a 12.5 , so annoying .. it also took forever to be delivered. Don’t recommend.

Stiff
I needed all black shoes (with black soles) for my toddler. I wasn't sure of the fit so I purchased multiple sizes. The did fit mostly true to size, I thought they were a little big though. However, I do not think I will be keeping them because they are stiff and I don't think it would be fair for my toddler to have to break in a pair of sneakers.

Would not recommend
I trusted the size guide and bought a size 4 for my 7year old son. It was actually for a baby. The sizing is completely off.

Good shoe but received wrong size
Nice shoe but I ordered a 9.5 and was sent a 10, instead. They are too long.
