Product Description Floradix Floravital Liquid Iron Formula is Yeast & Gluten Free Nutritional supplement with ferrous gluconate iron, Vitamins B & herbs and fruit juice. A combination of herbs and fruit juices help counteract constipation normally associated with iron preparations. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. Easy to take but beware!
I've been on corticosteroids almost a year for an auto immune illness, and the medication blocks the absorption of iron, calcium, magnesium and several other minerals & vitamins. Taking Floravital is an experiment, and I won't know if any improvement has been made until my blood test results. I've only been taking this for a few days, but it's easy to take and pleasant to taste. The only down side, and this may be because I'm over 65, have thinner tooth enamel than my younger counterparts, etc., but a few of my bottom teeth have stained from the concentrated fruit juices, and the same goes for my denture palette - although this is easily remedied by soaking them in Steradent overnight. Unfortunately for my natural teeth, I may have to get some of that peroxide based gel from the dentist, which cost an arm and a leg last time I used it. So just a little warning there for the elderly with the same problem.I may come back with an update when I get my blood levels of red cells, etc. next time.Just to update (from 13th Aug 2021) - had a full blood count less than a month after starting Floravital, and already red blood cell count, haematocrit and platelet count is back within normal range. So pleased and surprised with this, as I take an acid blocking PPI, and iron generally requires acid for absorption. I will take a month off and start another bottle. As regards the stained teeth, I began to chuck the liquid towards the back of my mouth before swallowing, then having a little rinse with plain water afterwards rather than sipping it and letting it touch my bottom teeth. But I wouldn't recommend doing that if you have a swallowing issue.

Stopped my constant feeling of tiredness
This stuff has made a huge difference to me! Having had a genetic test and discovered I don’t process iron and b vitamins well I turned to this to avoid the discomfort of taking iron tablets but to help with that constant tiredness. The flavour is kind of orangy and a little taste of iron I guess but I really quite like it! Within a week or so of starting on this I started to notice a difference and that daily fatigue (nothing serious!) disappeared. If I run out within a couple of weeks the tiredness returns so I should really subscribe!! Highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic product
This product is amazing! I forgot how much it helps (within a day) to reduce tiredness and fatigue. I am prone to anaemia and get headaches, dizzy and crave coffee and food a lot especially being a woman and having highs and dips in hormone levels throughout the month. I had been feeling quite dazed, flat and fatigued and decided to order some more Floravital/ Floradix. Honestly, I feel better already and I’ve taken only three capfuls of the stuff. It tastes herbal but healthy and medicinal at the same time, just drink water after if you hate the taste. It feels like it’s doing good which probably gives a mild placebo effect but I feel so much better. My concentration levels are better, not at tired, not dizzy when I stand up and I don’t feel as zoned out as I did previously. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a pick me up as it’s really helped me! Will definitely be a permanent addition to my fridge now.

I highly recomment it
I needed a supplement because I was feeling all the time tired, and I used to have an iron deficiency. On the first week of taking this product it was a game changer! I was feeling amazing and full of energy. I deed the effect if a bit less after, I guess the body get used to it but it definitely help.The flavour is great, but it's a little bit too sweet for me. Having some problems with my gut, sugar is not a great element in my diet so you may concider this before buying the product if you are sensitive to sugar.It have this supplement for a month every 3 to 4 months and I will definitely not take any other supplement. I hightly recomment it.Regarding the price, I dislike the fact that it's 18£, it should be a bit less as it was before. Mostly if like me on the last week of taking the supplement, it goes of (kind of bubbly, gazzy, or with mold), so I even waste some money sometimes (not every time it happen happily).

Amazing results
Wow...feel better already I’ve only been taking for two days but shortness of breath and tiredness has eased tremendously. I suffer with low red blood cell count although not anemic on paper I seem to suffer all the horrible symptoms of anemia my gp offers no help or advice, so I thought I would try floradix.Really helped me feel better I was getting quite scared with the shortness of breath and severe tiredness. I will continue taking it to help build my immune system as I am due to have an operation mid May. Really happy, so far only one episode of diahorrea because I took my 10ml on an empty stomach so now I wait for one to two hours after food before taking it and no problems.Delivery fast and well packaged in a cardboard container. Date of expiry long. So all good thank you Amazon.

Leaking and no refund
First time buying online and it arrived leaking as shown. No way of replacing or getting a refund apparent. Won’t buy this way again sadly

Lovely preparation shame about the pour
Using this yummy preparation during chemotherapy to help iron stocks as can’t eat the usual iron rich foods due to ileostomy. I feel I’m benefitting but it’s really annoying twice a day to grapple with a bottle that can’t pour a delicate 10ml into the measuring cup - therefore drops and spills are common - I reckon I lose 5ml each time. After all these years with such a trusted and wholesome product why can’t the bottle lip be adapted to pour easily ! Remember we are not all hale and hearty - chemo gives a dodgy grip. However this had been a problem even with most dexterous hands. I think it keys product down snd you wonder why sets are happy that customer lose considerable amounts on the kitchen work top 🤨
