BNESIM Surf Europe Unlimited with Unlimited data and international roaming free phone number

I purchased 3 of these SIM cards for 2 iPhone (6s and 7) and a Galaxy s8+ (all unlocked) for a trip with the family throughout Europe. Our destinations were Munich, Vienna, and Prague. After following the simple instructions, 2 out of the 3 Sims worked as advertised. The faulty card worked in Germany but wouldn't work in Czech republic for data. Customer service did not know what they were talking about and referred my issue to the technical support, to which I am still waiting for a response. I have tried switching the Sim with other devices and searched other apn settings yet it still didn't work so it would appear as if I wasted money on a faulty card.Buy at your own risk because you will be on your own ...

I travelled with BNE SIMcard in few european countries and it worked fine everywhere. Internet connection was good and stable during my 10 days of travel. I will use it for my summer vacation trips.I did not expect that it is not only data sim, but very powerful application that gives very powerful voice communication of supreme quality, needs to mention that with set of BNE Sim card and application i can get multiple numbers of different countries and to stay connected not paying for roaming of data and voice anything. I can say that it is a game changer - now i started to use application for my international business - with BNESIM application i got phone numbers of countries where i have business, friends or family members - they calling me on that numbers and it’s free for them and i receive their calls on BNESIM app not paying anything. So even when i came back from a trip i will keep using their app that gives great features.Now i can use this sim-card when i traveling worldwide - and i don’t need to spend 30-40 minutes in each country to find and buy a local sim-card.

When it worked, it was great. But, it was very spotty. Generally had 3G connectivity and could not use as a hotspot. During my time using it the system went down and I was without service for over a day. They only informed me after I sent a request for help. But, they did respond speedily. Unfortunately, they offered nothing more than an apology for keeping me off the network for a substantial amount of time that I had intended to use the service.

I bought this card for my 12 day trip through Austria and Germany. Unlike another SIM card from a different supplier, BNESIM took hours to be activated. I first arrived in Frankfurt, tried to activate, with no avail. I was in Salzburg a few hours later, and no service.It began working the next day, but as soon as I crossed back to Germany, it stopped working.After a couple of hours with support, the problem was traced to the actual cellular provider (O2) It took additional 24 hours to have the service restored. Even then, I never got LTE or 4G connection. In cities such as Berlin, Leipzig and Munich, the speed was 3G at best, and my iPhone fell back to GPRS frequently.Fortunately, my traveling companion had a SIM card from another company, which provided flawless service. I was tethered to her phone more often than having my own data connection.

Purchased this for a trip and I'm so happy with the service and this sim! Really easy to use and set up, I recently traveled to Europe and got free data throughout my entire trip with no problems. Now that I'm back I realized its convenient to use in the US as well, I can have up to 10 numbers from around the world on my phone at one time!! I'm not one to write a review, but I'm really surprisingly content with this purchase and thought I should share my experience!!

So I bought 2 of these to use for data on my trip throughout Europe. After activating the first one it showed up that I had signal, but soon after it went to “no service” and it’s been that way throughout most of Paris. I have yet to get it to work for data, and have only been able to use my phone with public WiFi. Overall, seems like a waste of money

It worked well for half a day. And I wasn’t getting any signal whatsoever all day long today. And nobody called me even when I asked for support. So far not so good.Update: had fine service in Venice but again no service in Milan. It’s been so frustrating.Update: connection in Paris has been quite good. But it’s still unreliable and often cuts off.Update: no service in Sevilla, Spain.

I purchased 2 cards and two of my friends purchased 1 each; none of us could get this product to work in our phones for our trip in France. Technical support was delayed since response was coming from Dubai. We implemented the recommended steps without any success. All technical support response stopped when we requested reimbursement. We ended up using sim cards purchased at French post office.
