Not perfect, but very close!
We bought this as an upgrade from our £150 Philips air fryer that had a single drawer with lower capacity. For the price (£110 at time of purchase) this unit is an absolute steal, the interface along with the capacitive buttons are so much more responsive than the Philips one so it's a joy to use. It seems to heat faster than the other one too! My only complaints would be that it's a bit louder than our Philips one (although not really an issue for us per sé) and that the holes in the grates inside are big enough for smaller items e.g. small chips to fall through when tossing them while cooking - see picture attached. Despite the minor complaints we're really happy with this, highly recommend it to anybody looking for an affordable dual-drawer airfryer.

Amazing
This is the best air fryer I've tried i have also tried ninja this by far is theeeee best airfreight ever for the price!!!! It is amazing you can't beat this product for the price it's easily as good as the higher priced alternatives easily!!!!

Problem encountered
I received the EK5729 on the 22nd of December 2023. It was everything that I had expected. On the 07th of January 2024 after its 5th use I discovered that the large compartment had what appeared to be heat related cracks to the right side of the inside base and a crack at the rear of the compartment. Hopefully this is going to be a one off issue. Amazon were extremely helpful and arranged a replacement without fuss. I will persevere with the model as I liked it very much. I am interested if anyone else has had this issue? Update. The replacement is perfect after many meals cooked. The first appears to have been a one off.

Excellent value
I looked at getting the ninja but couldn't stomach the price. After lots of research this looked like just what we needed for a fabulous price. Easy to set up and to programme. Have done a great roast pork and potatoes and lovely cheese and ham toasties so far. Can't imagine using the oven much here on in. It looks smart in the kitchen, easy to clean. Let's hope it last forever as will be very well used.

Brilliant
Excellent product. Replaced my old unit with this one, First time out cooked a Half loin of pork PLUS VEG. Two compartments easy. I'm a retired old grumpy Butcher with a smile happy new year everyone thanks to Salter.

Don't buy
Nice air fryer but after just 10 months the casing has split under the larger basket. Manufacturer suggested boxing it up and returning it to Amazon. I don't have a box, I live 1.5 miles from a post office and don't drive. So will have to dump and buy something better. Thanks a lot SINCE POSTING THE REVIEW, AMAZON WERE AMAZING AND ARRANGE COLLECTION FROM MY HOME AND I RECEIVED A REFUND WITHIN THE WEEK.
