Erwartungen übertroffen!
Zuerst dachte ich, dass dieses Fitnessband trotz der Beschreibung etwas zu leicht zu handhaben sei! (Beschreibung: ,,Für Fortgeschrittene und Geübte Sportler ist die Farbe Blau zu empfehlen'') Doch nach dem Durchführen einiger Übungen, wie z.B. Seitheben kann ich sagen, dass sich die Stärke des Bandes sehr wohl für Sportler eignet, die schon etwas vertrauter mit der Materie des Kraftsports sind! Die Verarbeitung ist wirklich top , gerade die zusätzlich stabilisierten Griffe an beiden Enden haben mich sehr überzeugt! Perfekter Begleiter um einige Übungen Zuhause zu machen...ebenso zum Erwärmen der Muskulatur vor einem Workout im Fitnessstudio super geeignet !

Buen producto para tonificar
Yo no tengo mucha fuerza y la resistencia heavy (azul) me va bastante bien. Es un buen producto, se pueden hacer muchos ejercicios tanto para tonificar como en casos de rehabilitación.Llevo usándolas pocos días, espero que no se rompan o no den mucho de sí. En general, estoy contenta.
