This book takes you from knowing nothing about .NET MAUI to deploying apps to production. It covers a lot of material in a well done and informative way. I like the way code has been annotated in many of the listings.

The most comprehensive content that I have seen on .NET MAUI. Great writing and the hands-on real-world examples are really useful to practice the more advanced topics.Recommend it to anyone wanting to learn .NET MAUI.

Bon nombre de livres couvrant plusieurs plateformes (ne serait-ce que Windows et Mac) sont horribles à suivre à moins de ne connaître d'avance la matière présentée.Hanning, dans l'ensemble, s'y débrouille mieux que bien d'autres éditeurs.En fait, j'ai acheté ce bouquin après en avoir acheté un autre, d'un autre éditeur, qui pour la n-ième fois, me décevait. (J'espère avoir compris et n'achèterai pas un bouquin de chez eux une n+1 ième fois).Alors de ce bouquin de chez Hanning, dès le début j'ai été ravi par la présentation aussi claire que possible et aisée à suivre, sans être verbeusement somnolente.Certes une connaissance de C# est requise (ce n'est pas un bouquin qui vous l'enseignera), mais si c'est la première fois que vous entendez Xamarin ou Blazor, pas de problème. Pour ma part, ayant une certaine expérience de WPF, je connais déjà XAML et je trouve que cela m'a aidé à progresser rapidement, mais je ne sais pas à quel point un néophyte en XAML trouverait le chemin aisé ou un peu plus ardu.Je recommande à tous ceux qui veulent acquérir une bonne base pratique des divers éléments sans n'être que superficielle (ou des solutions ou de projets présentés avant d'énoncer l'apprentissage illustré, comme chez d'autres éditeurs).

I like this book to start to know what is the idea that .NET MAUI have in mind and the extra concepts that author add are a path to apply in our side when we want to know a complete stack for MAUI

Very clear and professional content.

Maui itself is full of bugs and nowhere near done. So whenever you get a book about a product that is still in "death star" mode you know that book is gonna be about as water tight as swiss cheese. Save your money and use online resources that are evolving as fast as the product.
