Non consigliato ai praticanti di matwork pilates
Mi diletto con circa 50 minuti di matwork al giorno, ma lo Sveltus Flexoring non lo consiglio in questo ambito. Però ci sono 3 esercizi di Pilates che abbisognano di un anello che offra meno resistenza e questo è il caso dello Sveltus. Gli esercizi del Pilates in questione sono l'Arms overhead, l'arms bent con magic circle, per finire con lo Spine Stretch con Magic circle. Con lo Sveltus causa la minore resistenza si possono mettere in funzione i muscoli profondi. Perciò l'eccezione che conferma la regola.

Gutes Trainingsgerät
Der Hersteller Sveltus spricht für sich. Auch im Rehasport Bereich werden diese Geräte verwendet. Den Flexoring kannte ich allerdings noch nicht. Dieser Ring ist wirklich praktisch und für viele Übungen geeignet. Vor allen Dingen schnell griffbereit und wenig Platzbedarf
