Keeps the bugs at bay
The fact it is rechargeable is great and works well to keep those flying bugs at bay... Not been bitten since using it.

Disappointed
Bought for small kitchen, takes time to charge but doesn't last that long, poor blue light emission, but normal light is OK. Simply to small to get anything but small bugs. Any half decent sized house fly/wasp etc will laugh at it. Sorry, poor value for intended use.

Looks good but yet to prove how good it is
Tried this in the house a couple of times, flies weren't bothered by it. Yet to try it camping

Works Well
I get hundreds of fungus gnats living in my houseplant soil and they bombard me and land on any food or drink, I've tried many things but this works the best. I have to have it right next to my dinner plate though for them to go to it instead of landing on my food. I left it on (on charge) for a few days while I was away and the photo is when I got back. Can make a loud zapping noise sometimes, and if the fly sticks to the wires they smell a bit burny, but still glad to get rid of the little pests.

Not safe for use!
Product delivered with what sounds like the battery loose inside. It won't even switch on. Horribly cheap product.

Attracts the insects in well. But...
...It is as it says mainly for mosquitoes.I wanted this for flies and thought it was worth the try.It is nice design and a nice night light, then you can switch it over to a cool looking purple light which certainly attracts insects in. But flies keep getting stunned over and over again and never die.Not had one go in (wrong time of year). But I think it would be perfect for mosquitoes (which is it's main use) as well as looking cool.

The flies were laughing at me
I bought this in the hope that it would zap the flies that just won’t sod off this year. Had it on for 24 hours non-stop and it made hardly any difference difference. Ok, so one fly did meet his end, but I suspect that was because he flew into the lamp by random chance and not because he was drawn to it. There were still 4 flies in the kitchen the whole time, just ignoring the pretty light.

Effective and easy to clean.
I bought this because a plant I brought in from outside also brought little black flies with it!I am VERY pleased with the result, it is quiet, easy to charge up, easy to clean and good at killing the flies!
