I love my device and yes it will absolutely work and it will tone and lessen your loose skin and all of that as long as you are using it consistently.. and you have to make sure that you are using a good conductive gel I use one that's a levon conductive gel that works for anti-aging and that works the best for me personally the only problem I have with this device is that it does not stay charged very long at all it doesn't take forever to charge but it is quite annoying..

Updated: After our below review, the company reached out to us and provided a satisfactory resolution to our product issue. We appreciate a company that wants their customer to be satisfied. Original review: I don't know how it's had such high reviews. I've used it possibly 8 to 10 times and despite following the specific instructions, the micro-current has diminished, as well as the charging response. I had some initial positive reactions to the device, but it quickly petered out. I've had success with galvanics prior to this, though I'm out of the window of returning on this one and sadly SOL. The packaging and hand feel are quite nice, but that's not going to firm up my skin.

Frankly, I had skepticism. I'm pleasantly surprised. It's not earth shattering, like cosmetic surgery. But after a couple of weeks, there's a noticeable improvement in wrinkles and fine lines. Additionally, some of my age spots have all but disappeared. Definitely much better results than I expected. Would purchase again.

The product did not work at all whatsoever despite being fully charged

I would like to edit my review. I have since had communication with the seller and they have refunded my purchase and I’m going to buy a new one! If you buy this device from this seller, you are in good hands! I’ll I feel bad to write a review to complain because I’m sure this device works well and has been working but… This obviously must be a flaw because the device was never dropped at any time. The head of the device has somehow broken off and I’m afraid to use it now and of course I cannot return it because it’s been too long.
