Kaytee Bird & Balcony Wild Bird Food No Mess Seed Blend for City Dwelling Birds Like Finches, Sparrows, Mourning Doves and More, 5 lb

Put this seed out in my bird bath/feeder Tuesday. It took a day, but a Robin came back twice to enjoy this seed. Today, Mr. Squirrel appeared. It was full of water and seed, it had rained during the night, but didn't deter the squirrel. Shooed him away, drained out the water, and the Robin and a Sparrow came by. I think I am going to buy another feeder for you know who for himself. LOL Fun to watch and apparently they like the seeds.

What do I know about quality, freshness, cleanliness of these seeds. The birds like it and that's what matters! I give it a 5 star rating on the size of the bird flock and they were freakin' flockin'!!!

The birds go crazy for this brand! I have it in a feeder on my balcony and it attracts droves of warring finches, sparrows, mourning doves, and white-winged doves.

The birds will, of course, be the ultimate judge of the product, and as far as I can tell they're very satisfied with our selection. We have a hidden atrium area in our house that only rarely got the occasional bird stopping by, until we put out the Kaytee Bird & Balcony Wild Bird seed. Within a few days we'd started to get regular visits from Juncos, house finches, warblers, and other small birds. It's been a joy to watch.The seed, however, leaves quite a bit of mess around from what the birds still aren't consuming. They don't appear to be rejecting any one type of seed, but there appears to be some husking left on some of the seeds that they don't care for, and are discarding en masse.

Really a no mess bird food. No peanuts, but the squirrels still came and put tiny handfuls in their mouths!! The birds were glad to share!
