Lunch bag is separate

Bought this in December 2023 for our son in kindergarten to replace one that was bought in August 2023 and was peeling apart on the face of the bag. The zipper caught on the lunchbox on the inside regularly, which ultimately rendered it unusable, as even we struggled to unzip it. The backpack itself held up really well, considering all that 5 year olds do to their backpacks, lol. The lunchbox has soft sides (not an issue for us), no insulation (as listed in product description, so expected and ok because our kids' school provides refrigerators in each classroom for students snacks and lunches) and there was the issue with the zipper catching. The backpack itself is great and looks in gently used condition as of now (July 2024), but the lunchbox is a downfall. Pics of lunchbox included.
