It gets the job done. I use Queen of Thrones Castor oil which is already pricey. These castor oil packs go for 30-50 bucks a piece. It’s a pain to wash so having 2 sets of sheets that can be alternated on 1 wrap is very convenient.The button looks loose but just sew it back then. If you want to spend money on something that’s more durable, go ahead but for someone like me—I need 6 of those so I can alternate everyday.It’s all about the Castor Oil anyway. I’ve tried to cheaper ones and they don’t work as well as the QOT. I can feel the difference.If anything, but flannel sheets and use Saran Wrap.

I love the castor oil packs. And the fact they are reusable is great!!!!

While the large part does its thing, the straps left whelps that hurt. This was with me buckling them on the first whole overnight. I ended up wrapping myself with clear wrap after applying for overnight.

Works great. I use it with castor oil and it seems to be curing my issues!
