I like Siracha but it takes over the flavor of whatever you put it on. Tabasco Sriracha Sauce doesn't do that. The flavor of this sauce goes with anything - enjoyable with any meal. This seller is great.

We already use regular sriracha so this is a great addition to the chili sauce family. It tastes great on everything from dumplings to noodles. Good quality.

Wow, this is by far the best sriracha that I've tried. We use sriracha in a lot of different dishes--we love to make sriracha mayo and put it in our Bloody Marys. Sometimes the heat can be overwhelming. This version, from McIlhenny, the makers of Tabasco hot sauces, has just the right amount of heat. You can taste it out of the bottle and it won't burn your tongue. And the flavor really comes through--not the case with all srirachas!I feel like the value is reasonable here. You get 2 large bottles of probably the best sriracha on the market for under $20. And you're getting a truly gourmet-level product.Highly Recommended!!!

This Tabasco Sriracha Sauce is thicker than tabasco but not as thick as ketchup. It has a unique flavor that's different from the familiar rooster brand, but it's quite good. It starts out tasting sweet and mildly spicy, mildly vinegary, and garlic forward, and then the mild heat kicks in. The spiciness is mild enough that it doesn't overwhelm the flavor of the food, and the heat is very mild. It's a nice blend of sweet, savory, and spice that's different from the original sriracha but quite good. As for the plastic accessory that comes with this - well, I think that's a waste. I think I'm supposed to use it to keep the bottle upside down so it can drain into a ramekin or something, but I'm not sure. This set of two 20-ounce bottles is a bit expensive, so be sure to price compare.

I love putting siracha on my breakfast burritos and also for jazzing up Asian dishes. I like that this sauce is preservative free. It has a good flavor, and Tobasco is a reputable brand for producing hot sauces. They included some plastic thingy in with the bottles, but I didn't use it.
