needed a big big rug... something that had a nice look/design to it but wasnt in your face... something that was fairly soft so my littlen could play on it and it was warm to walk on.. didnt want to spend alot and then found this rug... perfect! ticked all the boxes!

Absolutely lovely so soft

Initially I was very apprehensive, the backing felt very plastic and rigid, I couldn't see how it would flatten - but within a day and a half it was completely settled and now just feels like a very tough hessian back - the top section is very soft and has a cool fluffy feel to it. It hoovers awesomely even with my cordless Hoover. It leaves lovely hoover marks too. I've not had to clean marks off it, but I can't imagine it would be a problem. It really is great value.

If you're going to get a rug, my advice is, go large. This really changes the character of my room and makes it look more spacious and modern, and a bit more luxurious.The luxury is from the size rather than the feel if I'm honest though. At this price you're not going to get a deep luxurious pile and an area rug isn't meant to be that. It's not a thick rug, though the backing is pretty substantial and the rug heavy. Run your fingers through the pile and you will feel the hessian backing more than the soft tufts of wool, though it is soft to walk on.As I said, it's quite a heavy rug when rolled up (it comes rolled of course with neat 'hairnets' to protect the ends in transit). There's some nice stitching on the short ends of the rug and I'm pretty happy with the quality of the thing.Overall, it looks attractive and covers a decently large area. As long as you don't expect to sink into it like a sheepskin, you'll be happy with it I reckon.

This rug looks great in my living room and it’s really soft and pleasant under the feet. It got so many compliments from family and friends and most of all it was a bargain!

This is a good size, well made rug. Its 160x213cm so quite large size. Design is modern and its thick just right. Its easy care and fluffy. Its looks god and I am happy with it.

This rug is huge and looks great, was delivered all wrapped with end caps and settled flat after an hour of being down.The rug looks thick but is actually quite thin on the base with lots of bits on top.None came loose which is good.
