Rarely when buying clothing from China does one get the value one would expect. In this case you do. It's a very nice shirt and I will buy from them again. One note, they do run slightly small, about a half size or so small. Next time I'll buy one size bigger. Regardless they fit well enough, they look good and are a great value.

The material is a soft linen! It fit really well. My fiance is 5’8 and 150 pounds and we got him a small and it fits beautifully. The buttons do have a wooden look to them which is so nice. This could be dressed up or down. I think it will keep him cool but not sure about sweat proof. Really nice linen top from all we’ve tried from Amazon!

These shirts are great right out of the bag they come in. My husband owns two. They were comfy and cool. And then I washed them. I tried to hang them to dry and dried in the dryer. Followed directions and still he can't wear them. They shrunk, wrinkled up and there was no ironing the wrinkles out. We wanted to love these. Colors are beautiful, fabric is as described. For my hubby, it was a once and done shirt.

If you are a older, pale-skinned Alaskan of Scots ancestry, it can be just a wee bit challenging to pull off a compelling 'suave, tropical, gentleman' look. Somehow though, this shirt makes it possible. Well, almost, anyway. :)Seriously, if you want a light but not flimsy, stylish but not garish, cool and comfortable but not translucent summer shirt perfectly suited to cruising in the convertible, hanging out on the beach, going out to dinner, and dancing at dusk under the string lights of a cabana somewhere in the South Seas, this is your shirt. Also works well whilst slacking it under a patio umbrella in your own backyard.I got two on spec, and such is my experience with online clothes shopping, that I probably wouldn't have had done had it not been for the 'free returns' policy. Happy to say that these will not be getting returned, and once I validate how they stand up after a few washings, I am planning to pick up a couple more, because finding a good shirt is hard enough, but finding a good one at a price point that makes you feel clever for having gotten such a good deal is a real rarity.For reference, I am five foot eight, about 200 pounds, stocky/muscular build, and the Large fit quite well - not at all snug (I don't want that in hot weather), but not at all sloppy either. I imagine the medium would be fine if I was looking for something more fitted.Being a little on the shorter side, I also appreciate that the fit is probably designed for 5'10", rather than 6'. Could it be a little more perfect if it was tailored to my exact size? Sure. But the hemmed edge lies perfectly under the curl of my fingers, the sleeves end well above my elbows, and I don't suffer from looking like I am wearing someone else's shirt, which can sometimes be the case with mass market clothes - I would guess these would fit well for most guys from about 5'7" to 6'1" who plan to wear it untucked.Finally, I would add that the number of compliments and the amount of positive feedback I have gotten, especially from the ladies, is really quite surprising, particularly at my age. I kinda supposed that some of the other commenters here might have been talking a little trash, but no, even my wife of 30-odd years holds my arm a little tighter when she sees another female look in my direction. You know, just to make her claim clear. Very nice shirt. the fabric is a bit coarse and thin, Otherwise it was still comfortable in the 90° Heat at the bbq today. Also, the look isnt quite how it is on the models. The sleeves are shorter and the collar sits wide. Its more of a vintage look. That said I received complements on it and it looks more expensive than it is. It came starched too which was a pleasant surprise, and it had zero odors, so I just ironed it and it was ready to wear. Very crisp. Didnt wrinkle readily either. Overall I recommend it, and if you're big like me, get the next larger size. Made in China.

Gave to son-in-law as birthday present. He liked it and it fit perfectly. Fabric is of good quality and it washes well. Very satisfied with purchase.
