Will these stick out from under gw 25 mm bases?

I just measured an GW base and there is about 2.4mm from the underside to the lip, so these should fix nicely. These and a sheet of PolyStyrene .015"/0.4 mm (to fill out the gap) should make a nice mounting system for traveling with your minis.

What is the diameter of this magnet, 6 or 2mm?

6mm diameter, I measured the thickness at only 1.6mm and they were quite a bit weaker than other magnets I had that were actually 6x2.

Does this magnet conduct electricity?

Yes, they are conductive. But don't expect 0 ohms. I measured a stack of 16 of the small magnets and got 5-6 ohms total through the stack. The largest magnets have lower resistance, perhaps 0.8 ohms for the stack of 16.
