Work great but some things to note
These are great devices for when you have a 4 pin compact flourescent sockets like we have in our house. There are a couple of things to note. First, if you buy these, you will need to bypass the ballast for the recessed lighting cans in the ceiling. Its not nearly as complicated as it sounds and there is a nice video on how to do it up on youtube https://m.youtube.com/#/watch?v=ofPvcpMddTk.The second thing is that this adds 2 inches to your fixture, so if you dont have low profile floods they will stivk out of the can. They worked fine and were delivered quickly, but we opted to replace the cans entirely.

Works as advertised
Simple and effective. Used to replace the old G24q bulbs that were prone to burnout with a simple A19 LED bulb. Remember to remove or bypass the ballast.

Cheaply made.
I bought these to go with some new LED bulbs I bought for my garage. I have standard ceramic bases mounted to the sealing and the bulbs I bought took a larger screw base. These worked perfectly with my new bulbs. They are made of plastic and seem to have a cheap feel to them, (very thin plastic). They are holding the heavy bulbs I bought, just not as sturdy as I would have liked.

BYPASS THE BALLEST FIRST....
I bought these to rejuvenate a Fan/Light in my bathroom that was burning out CFL bulbs every couple months. They used to last up to year. My thought was that it was a failing ballest since the fan and a direct wired night light worked fine. To bypass the ballest, I shut off power to the fixture at the electrical panel, and pulled the grate down and off. The lamp bases and ballest were held on by a few screws and it only too a few minutes to have everything loose. I then cut the wires to and from the ballest, and tossed it in my electronics recycling box. I then stripped back the wires and connected the similar colors with wire nuts. My fixture was a Panasonic and the wires to the quad pin bases were red and blue. Red is usually the hot wire, so I went red to black. Blue to white. Finished it off with some good wire nuts, and replaced the screws holding the lamp base. Then its simple to plug in these quad pin adapters and screw in a couple LED bulbs that I will never have to change again. Altogether, it took less than an hour. I needed a screwdriver, wire strippers wire cutters, and some wire nuts. A voltmeter is useful too to test for hot wires. Be safe. Shut off the breaker at the electrical panel.

This is a very good idea, but one thing to keep in mind
This is a very good idea, but one thing to keep in mind, that i forgot, This adapter is best used with light systems that DO NOT HAVE A BALLAST installed. If you have a ballast, it might work for awhile, but the light might burn out quicker. Only use this product if you are using recessed lighting cans that DO NOT HAVE A BALLAST, or you plan to wire around the ballast. otherwise, this is a great product.

Low Lumen blue Kelms
The price was good, but in no way did these lights match up in lumens or kelms. This was supposed to be a soft white but came as a blue 8k and the brightness only measured around 700 lumens.Never received a refund that was promised

Good, Cheap. 1 suggestion for improvement
These fit great, make sure you know whether you need the G23X or G23. They explain this well in the pictures. One thing that would be good to add is some sort of marking so you install the adapter the right way so + power is in the middle and not the screw.Otherwise I like them.

super easy install and mods
You have to removes or bypass the electronic ballast or transformer ballast, otherwise works rightaway
