Malfunctioning of one of the motors
Within no time of raising the complaint I was personally contacted by the seller's representative and the complaint was attended promptly by replacing the malfunctioned motor. My grandson is so happy now and enjoying the ride.The seller's proactive approach to resolving the customer complaints is commendable and it actually demonstrates excellent customer service skills.I highly appreciate them and have no hesitation in giving them 5 star. Excellent quality & good battery life
My son loves it so much. He crashes the car here and there still the originality is intact no damage so.. It's been 6 months since we bought this car @12k price. Absolutely worth the money.One of the wheel axel broke after one week. Did a welding job on it. Now working very good.All together I am happy for this purchase. I would recommend this product.Note : only 1 or 2 hrs charging enough. Don't keep it charging for whole night or day. It will damage the battery.
