I've literally ordered 40 of these now, and I will continue to purchase them, because they are amazing!As usual, being "Mr. Custom fabricator" among other things, I'm always on the lookout for products which can be used for an alternative purpose. For anyone who builds machines, or conveyor rigs, or simply needs a really strong, but low profile wheel for something, these are an absolute gem in the rough!I manufacture an aftermarket "Slide Out" for utility trailers that have been converted to a camper.This allows the trailer to as much as double in length, because you can pull the extension out once you're set up.Of course that depends on how you set the inside up... Most end up being about 4'-6' long...Anyway, we use these rollers in the track mechanism, as they are billet aluminum CNC milled Hubs with a nearly indestructible Urethane wheel. The bearings are smooth and heavy duty.I do not know what they're actually rated for, but we have at least 300 lbs of structure rolling on them, and I seriously doubt they're even breaking a sweat.I attached photos with all of the measurements for anyone else who looks at these and says "OH! That'd be perfect!"Picture a roller skate wheel with a super heavy duty hub, and that's exactly what these are!The Center hub has a bore of .47something inches, or 12mm for you metric weirdos! (Just kidding! I prefer metric measurements).While I have no doubt that they will stand up to their intended use as a dryer roller, I'm just elated to have found such a well made roller for anything else I might build.I am also currently designing a CNC Machine which will use these rollers as part of the motion control system.They have zero wobble, thanks to the 620IRS double sealed deep groove ball bearing...I'm guessing they picked the bearing out of convenience, or for it's size, but that bearing is rated for some serious duty. It's used in several UTVs, and on Golf carts.This was an awesome find!
