Purchased for our holiday which dates hotel had no kettle. Works really well and boils very quickly. Only holds enough water for one hot drink so have to boiled twice if you have a partner. Worth the money

Worked for two months and just stopped.

To prevent burning or scorching of the bottom of the kettle when boiling milk:I heat milk by pouring it into a 330ml aluminum energy drink can-- think: tall Red Bull container-- and place the whole can inside the products reservoir for heating.I simply drain the energy drink, refill the can with milk through the pop-top, fill the kettle with about a quarter inch of water (just enough to cover the sensor on the bottom) and place the complete can inside the product..... and heat as usual.The screw-down lid will NOT close over the kettle and the can will stick about a quarter inch over the top of the kettles rim... but that's ok.. works with no problem.
