Superb knife
I purchased this Joker Bushlore knife attracted by the fact that I already own a couple of other Joker knives and have found them to be excellent tools, and several very positive reviews in Youtube. This Bushlore model did not disappoint: the blade is made of Sleipner steel with a hardness of 63 HRC and a Scandi grind suitable for processing wood in the field or at camp, it has a sharp 90-degree spine that easily throws hot sparks from the included fire steel -I had no problem quickly starting a test fire with it. The integration of the curly birch handle and full-tang blade is perfect, no hot spots on the handle, and very smooth all around, no edges are felt. The sheath is made of robust, thick real leather that features a draining hole, and the stitching is uniform and tight. It has an attached fire steel with matching curly birch handle, and it can be carried as a dangler (which is removable) to keep it out of the way until needed, or attached to your belt for a higher carry. The sheath offers excellent retention of the knife, it would not come out when upside down and shaken. I have to add that when I received the knife the sheath did not have the fire steel, so I contacted both Joker and the seller -FinditinUSA- and both not only responded immediately, but they also promptly FedExed me the correct sheath all the way from Spain at no cost, even though I had offered to pay for it and the shipping. This is not only excellence in customer service, but also a company and seller that value their customers. I'm very impressed with Joker and FinditinUSA.With a drop-point blade geometry, it can be used as a hunting and skinning knife, it has no sharp upward point of the blade that could hang up on a come-back. This is a knife that can be used not only for bushcraft, but for survival, hunting, camping, backpacking, and even camp kitchen duty.Spain has been making blades since medieval times, and the tradition and craftmanship proudly reflects in knives from Joker. They are well made, and an excellent value when compared to knives costing 2-3 times more. All in all, the combination of craftmanship, high-end materials, performance, and value add up in my opinion -and together with an outstanding customer service- to better than five-stars.

First impression ALL KNIFE
Feels & looks great. I've cut with it, but havnt really put it to any test, but it's all knife, No Firestarter/Striker business on here to throw sparks, just a Great Sheath & well made, unique, curly birch handled knife. I like it. Picture added. Still wish I'd got some paracord, but leather is good leather. CL138 Bushlore - sleipner stainless steel, scandi V grind, full tang knife & leather Sheath.

Extremely Nice Knife, Inaccurate Description
This is a very nice knife, one of my favorites, but it's a Bushlord not a Bushlore. The Bushlord is a five-star knife, but I'm docking it two stars for a plain wrong description.

Amazing quality for the price.
This is the perfect bushcraft knife. Hair popping sharp out of the box. Sharp spine. I own a few bark river knifes the figment isn’t as good as those but it’s so comfortable in the hand super sharp and strong with a super sharp spine. And the sheath quality was top notch also even though I can’t use it because I am a lefty. So I gave my wife the sheath to use with her knife. 10 out of 10 would recommend. And I am a knife snob. Way better than the tops BOB and others in its field. Also it is a true scandi no secondary bevel. You can also tell the scales are made by hand.

Inexpensive quality
Nice elegant design. No secondary micro bevel is a plus. Evenly ground and very sharp right out of the box. A few strops and it was cutting swirls in newspaper. Handle needs oiling for sure but is tight and well fitted. No looseness or rattles. Sheath is good. The dangler loop isattached via a hinged clip/ring, which makes taking it on and off very easy. Spine edge is square and throws a lot of sparks off a ferrorod. It’s a very nice utilitarian piece that I wouldnt feel bad abusing. 4 stars because therougher finish on blade and bevel.

One Awesome Bushcraft Knife
Joker did it again, this bushcraft knife with the scandi grind blade will cut and is very sharp out of the box.The custom knife (as each one is handmade) comes with a Curly Birch Handle that compliments the steel of this knife. This will do an amazing job at feather sticking, food prep, carving, and any other needs you have. Joker knives customer service is one of the best there is. Made in Spain, this knife as with all Joker knives stand apart from a typical bushcraft knife. Get one today, you wont regret it. I HIGHLY Recommend this knife.

Beautiful knife!
I love everything about this knife. The handle is beautiful and the sheath is fantastic. I consider this a budget knife but it really feels like a custom piece. It's been living in my edc pack for a while now and I have no plans to replace it.

Nice but not great.
I have about eight joker knives all of them are outstanding I got this one because of the design and it fits great in the hand but did some investigating and found out that it isn't sandvik steel it's actually D2 steel with additives there was a glue gummy substance coming out from the scales I wiped it up and cleaned it up but it caused the wood to change color. I have to refinish the wood. That being said I do like the knife the fit and feel is great. It is a thick and beefy. I haven't tried it out yet but I feel it will be fine. All of my other joker knives are fantastic. Some bohler steel some sandvick . The sheath alone is amazing. Honestly for the price and the sheath. You can't go wrong just make sure you oil the blade
