I admit my expectations were quite low for the price, but these are actually quite good. Certainly nothing fancy like you'd get with Thule or Yakima, and though I haven't used those brands, I'm betting the installation was not nearly as easy. I put these on before taking a 2.5 hour trip on the highway with a Yakima rocketbox on it, figured that would be a good test. I dare say they are quieter than the factory crossbars on my 2016 rav4, which seems strange, maybe it was the air gap it created between the cargo box and the roof. End of the trip everything was still nice and tight, exactly where I put it. Installation is kind of a pain, having to screw that stupid Allen screw in and out for the clamping is difficult unless the bar end is far enough out from the clamp to clear the end of the wrench. In hindsight, I should have used a drill. The other difficulty, is the Allen bolts with the rail slides on the bottoms have no explanation in the instructions, they are not mentioned or pictured anywhere. I figured they must be stops to prevent the bars from slipping side to side, so I tightened them on the inside side of the clamps, right up against them. They've been on for a couple weeks now, still rock solid. Now I should be able to fit my kayak next to my cargo box.

Perfect fit, good stability, very low noise level when driving, they are easy to install, secured and very strong. Love the way they look and I have gotten a lot of comments

This is my first roof rack install, almost made a mistake and bought a cheaper one. I saw that there are different load ratings and found the Vevor with a 200lb rating. I know I won't ever exceed that. When unboxing it became evident that this was a quality roof rack. The rails are thick as are the clamp pieces. The directions were vague but there are plenty of youtube installation videos. The one wrench needed is included and is not some cheap wrench either. Install was pretty straight forward, taking about 30 minutes to complete. The rack fit my Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ without any issues. I spaced the racks as wide as possible formax stability, they are fairly easy to adjust if needed. The anti theft is welcomed as long as keys aren't lost. A key code would be helpful. I must finished a 30 mile trip with speeds up to 65mph, the rack was wisper quiet. The racks are a great accessory for my suv, allowing more options to carry. Only thing to watch out for are the plastic end caps. I pulled one off while adjusting the rack width. Use the palm of your hand or a hammer to make sure they are seated when install is complete. 21 Dec 2025: Quick update. If you have a sunroof and the front bar is close to the sunroof , you will get a whistle sound. When first installed, the front bar was over the back part of the sunroof. My sunroof had 2 modes. 1: can open/close or 2: pop the the back up approx 4". I couldn't pop the back up like I usually do, and when I opened the sunroof, it created a whistling sound. After moving the bar back approx 6", the whistling reduced but still present. Will update, if I find a solution. Update: I read that if you wrap the crossbar like a candy cane with paracord it would cancel out the whistle. I was skeptical, but, it works. The whistle was gone, however there was still the gushing wind noise. After sliding the front bar back about 10" from the back of the sunroof the noise was significantly reduced with the sunroof back popped open and eliminated if the sunroof is partially opened.

Its an okay product for the price. If you just need something easy to put on i.e. surfboards, light equipment etc. this will do it. I wouldnt recommend strapping anything heavy on it more than the recommended weight. I did put a camper on and it ended up bending it. Works as advertise and stick to the weight limitations.

I originally had this on my 2017 mazda 6. The fitment was questionable. I switch it to my 2024 kia sportage, the fitment is much better. The locks are questionable, I'm truly worried that these will not hold up long-term. The instructions were a little funky. But not hard to figure out. Time will tell. It won't let me submit photos of how the bars look.

This company has some amazing customer service if you ever have to use it. The product is great.

Well I expected these to assemble and go on easy but that didn’t happen! When I received the box it looked like it was repackaged. So I decided to review the contents and ensure every thing was included. There was only 3 hex nuts in the package but you needed 4, one for each foot stand. So I had to go purchase one. Then things went down hill when I tried to change the foot stand bolt location to make the crossbar shorter. The thing came apart! I had multiple internal pieces of the gear teeth and had to figure out to put them back together. How could this happen you ask? Well, you see everything is held together with open pins that slide out, yes slide out falling apart. You would think that they would be pressed in so you would need to gentle tap them to remove (like a watch band) but no… they just slide out and this thing just falls apart. Over 2 hours to install this things. I hope I don’t lose my kayak on the highway. Should have sent this back.

Great product. Meets my expects. Integrated knobs would make mounting more convenient rather than fiddling with a loose allen key.

Avevo paura di dover fare il reso, perché le barre della mia Dacia Duster II mi sembravano "diverse" da tutte quelle viste abbinate al prodotto, nonostante la piena compatibilità. Oggi le monto, e con mia grande soddisfazione, posso dire che i miei dubbi erano infondati. Facile da montare, i materiali direi che sono buoni e robusti, farò poi anche la prova "velocità"(anche se non è una macchina da corsa, è comunque un test da fare). Non servono attrezzi, è già tutto compreso, portatevi però un cutter/pinza/tenaglia ecc per tagliare la gomma antiscivolo in eccedenza
