Chain nice and chunky and all looks good on the surface but where the chain joins the mechanism on the non removable side is very weak and held in place only by a small piece of metal which broke on ours after the lock got pulled on something. This means while the huge chunky chain appears to be great you can break the lock where its attached with a tiny metal join and your motorbike/ebike will be gone. I'm glad I realised this before someone took advantage of this very serious defect in this lock. Will be looking to get a refund as this is the most important function of this product and it woefully failed.

About the quality don’t expect that this is a strong lock this is waste Of money and your expectations Yeah it’s easy to break and take your valuable things which you trust on this lock and leave somewhere

The lock got cut and my bike was stolen.... I don't recommend purchasing this.

Someone witnessed a young boy in balaclava snap the lock with no tools… just had my new ebike stolen!!!😡

This item is not a high security product the chain in the middle is very flimsy it just looks like because the chain is covered very poor product will be looking to get this refunded as I am nowhere satisfied

Wouldn’t recommend buying this lock. Thieves very easily stole my bike when it was chained up - they just broke the part of the lock where you use the key. I lost a £500+ bike; do yourself a favour and invest in a stronger, more expensive one.

Purchased this product for a Christmas present for my child to go alongside his new bike. Less than a month and a half later the key has snapped in the lock and left us in a situation where we can not retrieve his bike at this moment in time. Can’t return or message supplier as it’s 11 days past the date. Terrible

Don't bother, this bike lock didn't last even a week. Purchased on Monday, delivered Tuesday and bike was locked on the same day. The picture is from last Saturday, when my bike was stolen. As you can see the fault isn't the "high quality chain" but the ending bit.

Ho acquistato il lucchetto GRIFEMA GA1201-12 per la mia bici e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto. La catena è robusta e trasmette un ottimo senso di sicurezza grazie all’acciaio spesso e resistente. La copertura in nylon è un dettaglio molto apprezzato: non solo protegge la catena dalla ruggine, ma evita anche graffi sul telaio della bici. Il lucchetto è facile da usare, anche per chi non ha molta forza o manualità. Il meccanismo si apre e si chiude senza sforzi e viene fornito con 2 chiavi, così da averne sempre una di riserva. Molto comoda anche la protezione antipolvere sul foro della serratura. Apprezzo molto anche la lunghezza di 120 cm, che permette di legare comodamente la bici a pali, recinzioni o altri oggetti. L’ho provato anche per fissare il motorino e si è rivelato versatile e affidabile. In sintesi: prodotto solido, pratico e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

Ich musste schnell ein neues Schloss für mein Fahrrad besorgen und bin mit dem GRIFEMA Kettenschloss absolut zufrieden. Die Kette ist schwer, stabil und macht einen sehr sicheren Eindruck. Das Schloss schließt sauber und zuverlässig. Genau das, was man braucht, wenn man sein Rad guten Gewissens draußen stehen lassen möchte. Klare Empfehlung.
