Arrived well packed
Wasn’t sure what it would be like - however, arrived packed with a small cooling bag. Made a tartifette - was perfect, used half and froze for next time. Quite expensive but I’ve probably spent the extra driving around to try and find locally

The cheese was good and made an excellent tartiflette
The cheese was good and made an excellent tartiflette. However, though vendor made good provision to keep the cheese cool and fresh during delivery, the effort was largely negated by length of time in delivery so that the cheese was somewhat soggy on arrival. Nonetheless, as said, it did the job

Outstanding taste & texture
Great taste & texture - as good as, or even better than we recently tasted on a recent trip to Savoie.

Unctuous
Love this very versatile cheese. Great for cooking as it melts into other foods really well. Also equally delicious with crackers or crusty bread along with cornichons and a nice glass of wine!
