Amazing phyllo dough. Used to make samosa triangles. Easy to work with. Delicious flavor and results. Would buy again.

I could not use any of these sheets They were hard to disassemble and they tasted terrible! I would never ever recommend these again to anyone! They were very expensive and the way they folded them it was impossible to open the sheets of Philo! Terrible terrible terrible!

Yufka was great for börek and was delicious. I highly recommend it.

Though is OK, but it’s very expensive

The product arrived in excellent condition and was as fresh as it could have been given that it ships all the way from Turkey. If I were in Turkey, I would not have used a 3 or 4 day old yufka as you can find them made fresh daily however these were still great after several days of shipping. It was not easy to open them up but yufka is meant to be dainty and you have to be careful when you unroll it. Overall, I would recommend.

I had been looking for a thin and soft yufka and I finally found it. The packaging was perfect as well.

We made borek with these and it was delicious. The sheen are HUGE and we only needed a few to make an 14" borek. The taste was soooo close to homemade. I would buy these again on occasion, but not an everyday purchase. IF it was prime, totally worth it to buy some every couple of weeks as it's less time consuming to buy than make them yourself. With all of that praise, it's still not exactly like mama makes it. Please make this a prime product!
