Not stable stand wasn't working properly

Arrived on time and had everything I said it would, although my only complaint is that the tripod is a bit flimsy!

I got this as a surprise Christmas present for my 7 year old daughter. She loves it. She has spent so much time doing different hair styles and make-up on it. It is well built, and excellent value for money.

I have tried the curl this dolls hair and it will not hold a curl. On top of this, it burned and the hair is all frizzy and rough. The description and title is misleading. I am looking to get a refund for this product as it was specifically purchased for styling with heat tools.

My daughter spends hours playing with it and it come with loads of different tools!
