Is the reverse side paper transparent or opaque?

This product is an opaque window film, letting in about 80% of light. Only a very blurred image of the outside can be seen after being applied to the window. It has a removable paper backing that is removed before applying to the window.

How opaque is this? I am looking for something that only lets light through and you cannot see through. It is for a bathroom window.

We were very pleased with this product and would definitely use again. Opacity is good but still lets a reasonable amount of light through. We used it to cover some glass panels of a front door; not all panels to create a pattern so some light was also let in throught the uncovered panels. But overall, I'd expect this would work well in a bathroom. We also had a fair amount of condensation on the windows before covering them but this was far easier to deal with once the covering was on. If the bathroom is on a ground floor, you might want to consider how shadows appear from the outside when there is a light on in the bathroom after dark and if there is no other window covering. Sorry, I can't check that as we've since moved house.
