Great product
Having previously been disappointed by other varnishes that were described as ‘clear’ and ended up very orange on the oak, I took a chance on this one, as it stated it was ‘crystal clear’. Have not been disappointed at all. Used this on outdoor oak house signs and the colour of the oak remained the same once the coats of varnish were applied. No orange! Quite watery consistency, as compared to other varnishes, but dries quickly and looks good. Would highly recommended this clear varnish.

Not Matt.
I particularly wanted a Matt finish but it was more satin. Apart from that , it went on ok.

Worth Every Penny
You get what you pay for and it is great for the outdoor use I needed it for and with the amount of rain we are experiencing lately it is brilliant. Follow the instructions properly and you have a great product and it is worth every penny.

Very small tin, does exactly what it says and dries clear
This certainly dries clear. I would recommend getting more than you think you need as I found it didn't stretch as far as it had specified. The quality is fantastic however so I will buy more tin. I can't attest to it's longevity yet as only applied this summer but fingers crossed
