I was starting to plan this year’s Halloween costume and as soon as I saw this, I knew what I was going to do. For 2023, I shall be Little Red Riding Hood! This hooded cape, in red, is the perfect easy solution. No searching the aisles at Walmart or CVS on October 30th for me this year! I am prepared!I will be pairing this with a short dress, and voila, instant costume. (Into the Woods has long been one of my favorite musicals.)About the cape: it is well made! The fabric is a lovely thick material—not cheap nylon. It feels like it will last for years. The hood has a cute ribbon tie that is sewn in and is not likely to pull out.Fit: it runs a bit large, so I recommend you order a size smaller than you think you need.I chose red to be little red riding hood, but upon receiving it I instantly realized that in black, it would be the perfect outerwear for anyone wanting a Hogwarts costume! (Just visited the Harry Potter studios, and it looks as good as the expensive hooded capes I saw sold in their gift shop.)Very satisfied with this purchase.

This robe is perfect for our Halloween prop this year and will be equally great used as part of a costume in the future. The fabric is not thin and flimsy and actually has some thickness to it. All seams are hemmed to prevent fraying. The ribbon at the throat is sewn in very well. I didn’t see the need in washing it yet, because there aren’t a lot of wrinkles out of the package. I got the XXL to accommodate future use. This is a great value and should last a very long time. Very well made!!

Though I am rating this product as excellent for fabric and structure, ultimately it was too long for me even in the short. I am 5'3" and the short was still 3" too long. Wish they had this in a kid's size and I would get it.

Was not happy with product. Order item accordingly to measurement chart. Robe was very small good for a child not adult. The fabric was very thin that it can rip vert easily.

This isn't some paper-fabric one-use costume accessory. This is thick, substantial fabric that will stand up to washings and multiple years of use. I'm really impressed. And the 2X fits perfectly - ample length in the sleeves and body for a 6'3" guy. Couldn't be happier. Fantastic value for the money.
