Chocolat Madagascar85% Single Origin Fine Dark Couverture Chocolate (10 x 100g Bars) 1kg

UPDATED REVIEW: Now that I am getting to the end of this pack (it has taken me a while as I do not like the stuff....only when desperate!!)....I am updating my review to advise you to AVOID this chocolate - it has an unpleasant aftertaste - hard to describe but a bit 'cloying' in the mouth....something I have yet to come across in any other premium chocolate.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Decent chocolate but only 3 stars because there is so much competition out there and this has a slightly cloying taste that isn't as 'clean' as the products made by Callebaut.

I dont share the view of other reviewers who consider this chocolate too rich. In terms of taste, it is not bitter but, rather, quite and complex. My only gripe is the packaging who is quite bizarre... Why lump 10 bars of chocolate, that damage easily, into one package, without individual wrapping??

Very good product in terms of flavour and texture. Not bitter but sweet for 85% chocolate.Note blocks come broken. ..both times there were at least 25 pieces in the bag rather than 10 blocks ...which I didn't mind.
