The product is superb and I can’t say anything against it, I am just annoyed with Amazon that it was recommended when looking for a similar product to use in my car. The cushion and lumbar support is very, very impractical for use in a car and only after I looked into it more carefully did I find out that it is NOT in fact for use in a car. I don't know why it was recommended for use on car seats but I brought it and now am rather disappointed. (Likely not the company’s fault - the cushion itself really is superb)

My work chair is an absolute nightmare, but my bosses would not get me a more suitable and comfortable chair when asked. I bought this as an alternative as I don't want back or bottom ache. It took a while to get use to it but hopefully everything will be better now
