Sriracha
My husband loves this product! It's not too hot and has a slight sweet taste to it. He uses this Sriracha on almost everything. I bought a pack of 6 during Prime Days in July, he has one bottle left. The 6 pack is a great deal considering it's almost $5 at a competing box store. Give it a try, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Favorite sriracha
Potentially the most delicious Sriracha I've ever had, it had a prominent garlic flavor which I really love. Not too spicy, but still great chili flavor.

Wouldn't Purchase Again Unless Desperate
Tried this out due to shortage of Huy Fong Sriracha and I'm not a fan. The texture is off putting and gel-like, nothing like any other hot sauce I've tried. It's also barely spicy and doesn't have a strong chili taste, it's mainly sweet and salty. I don't see myself purchasing this again.

Fairly tasty, but there seems to be a bitter taste if you use too much.
In small to medium quantities, this sauce is very tasty. However, when I add more to get to the spice level I want I begin to taste a somewhat bitter flavor that starts to overpower the taste (it sort of tastes like the skin of a non-spicy pepper). Everyone is different when it comes to spices, but I find this one to be fairly mild so it was disappointing to encounter that overpowering flavor when I added too much to a meal.

Has become my favorite Sriracha sauce
I picked this up when the Huy Fong brand started becoming scarce in my local stores. There are a lot of Sriracha sauces out there, and I wasn't impressed by them. When I tried Roland's I got that hot zing from the chili, but there is a more pronounced garlic flavor in the Roland sauce. Which is a good thing! Highly recommended.

It is Sweet, and NOT Spicey
I personally do not like this. I ordered it got it, opened it, tasted it, and ...blech! I do not recommend it, and I will not order it again.It is sweetened. It has a lot of sugar in it. Also, the spice level is very low. It's nowhere near spicy in my opinion. Furthermore, it has a weird vinegar finish in it. It does not have an Asian flavor to it at all, it tastes American, like vinegared-up ketchup.Maybe sweetened vinegar is your thing. If so, you may want to try this stuff. OH! And it cannot be returned, so factor that into your purchasing decision.

Where is all the sriracha??
I like the bottle art work, have not tasted yet as this is a gift. Hopefully the supply of Sriracha comes back!
