An overpriced indulgence
Fits the mag's perfectly. I agree with what others have said; overpriced for what it is, but, 'its the only game in town'. As far as what others have said about the latches and hinges being weak and easily breakable, yes I can see that......I plan to handle with care and just be gentle with it. If it does break, thick rubberbands should do just fine.A nice item to keep multiple magazines filled and in order at the range. With its high cost, and weak construction, I would still buy again...........recommended.

Great way to protect and carry magazines
I have 10 magazines for my Ruger 10-22. This is the perfect way to carry and protect my investments.

Good product. Does what it says.
While there are many great DIY alternatives for 22LR portable storage (e.g. paintball tubes) I liked the dividers and the ability to choose between ammo and mags to fill it. I have a slight concern about the long term durability of the latches as they seem a bit brittle and flimsy, but time will tell. It also is a tight fit in the top pocket of the Ruger 10/22 TD backpack, but it does fit. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for these 2 reasons. If you can find a slightly smaller case that still fits the mags (like a Plano tackle box or similar) for a better price, then go that route. Obviously, the ammo is easy to pack in just about anything. I grabbed this because I didn't want to hunt down an alternative. My load of choice ended up being 4 mags, 4 compartments with standard bulk rounds (about 250, but I didn't get an exact count) and 2 compartments of 50 each of 2 kinds of subsonic rounds. Have fun and take someone shooting today!

Nice way to store awkward 10/22 mags. (... but it broke.)
10/22 magazines are awkward. This plastic box gives you a nice way to keep them organized. Here are some points:- Appears to be custom for intended purpose. At first you think it must just be a existing plastic box someone found and jacked up the price on. If it is, I could not find said box... at the very least, the packaging is custom. It specifically says for 10/22.- Plastic closure tabs are not heavy duty. They are molded as part of the lid, not separate on a hinge, a potential failure point. Box closes just a tad bit loose too.- Mags will rattle a bit in there. To be expected.- Expensive. I just paid $18 for a plastic box!? (I actually think they would sell a ton of these if the price were reasonable.) However... if you own ten 10/22 mags, you have a bit invested right there. A way to store them nicely might be worth the price.BOTTOM LINE: Decent way to store 10/22 mags if you can stomach the price.---------FOLLOW UP, 1/12/2015:I dropped it on carpet. It broke.I no longer recommend this. It was over priced to start with.

ROTARY AMMO MAGAZINES BOXES
THE ROTARY MAGAZINES FIT IN THE VERY WELLIN THESE BOXES. ALSO, THE BOXES FIT GREAT IN THE RUGER SHOULDER BAG. A GREAT WAY TO KEEP ALL YOUR MAGS TOGETHER LOADED AND READY TO GO TO THE RANGE. THE LATCHES SEEM GOOD AND HAVE A FIRM GRIP ON THE LID.

Does just what it is supposed to, and well.
In California, where we have to be satisfied with ten round magazines, it is great to have a number of extra magazines, loaded and ready to go so you don't have to waste time at the range reloading every ten rounds. This box works great for doing what it says, holding ten Ruger 10/22 magazines (loaded). I have two and like them very much.

Not a good fit. The magazines actually push up against the ...
Not a good fit. The magazines actually push up against the lid because the case is not deep enough for the Ruger BX-1, so be careful when closing or you might bend or break something. This case was obviously not designed for the BX-1 magazines; it just happened to be about the right size. Cheap to buy so don't expect too much. I did get 10 mags into the case and the lid snapped shut just barely, but it made me nervous since the lid binds on the actual magazines. I would have returned it but the shipping is probably more than the amount refunded. Your local pharmacy or Office Depot may have something better.

Just what I needed
If you are anything like me, you like to have your mags ready to go when you get to the range. This is the perfect solution to make sure that you come with 10 and leave with 10.
