Ta certo que o que vale é o conteúdo mas poderia no minimo vir avisando que vem desse jeito o livro de capa dura. Pela capa uma decepção agora o conteúdo espero o contrário. Avaliei pelo Kotler, pelo livro físico é 1 estrela.

Picture worth a thousand words, but in reality < 500 Rs
The only soothing part is the name they have put on top of the Cover - Phillip Kotler.Rest is all available using Google Search Engine.Not worth spending 2000 Rs.

Pretty basic stuff
Kotler is still THE name in marketing. His books were already the marketing bibles when I was studying for my MBA in 2005. My expectations were naturally high when I purchased this book. However, I was a bit disappointed by the content of this latest edition which is rather basic. The book doesn't have 400+ pages either like many of his previous works but just short of 250. I assume that Prof. Kotler does not really write much of his latest books himself anymore and the gentlemen he collaborated with on this one do not seem to have an academic background. It's a pretty basic book for old-school practitioners who have never heard of virtual realities augmented realities or Web3.
