i wore it once, the latex would be easy to just wipe off with a wet rag, but I would not recommend washing in the washer it will def. get ruined

My recommendation is size up from your "regular" every day size. If you normally wear a medium you should probably buy a large. The sizing isn't for U.S. girls. I ordered a medium for my girlfriend and it fits but it's tight. She's 5' 5" and weights 145.
