I was somewhat hesitate to order this model, due to a couple of negative reviews. I'm happy with the purchase though. It is faster than the old model we replaced and has the option of "strong" or "regular" strength and sizes as well. One review mentioned that one can't see when the water has reached the full level. That's not an accurate statement. There is an insert that is easily removed so that the water level can be seen. Also, another reviewer complained that the "iced/cold" option doesn't work. No, it won't without the necessary accessory; which is made clear in the product description. For some, it may be a bit on the large side. So make certain to look at the dimensions and measure the space you intend to use it in.

I love this machine. it makes coffee super-fast and it all taste good! Would recommend buying.

Bought two of these machines and never got to use either of them. Both gave an error code after the initial rinse cycle.
