I'm reading that these don't have arch support, I have high arches and need the support. Do they are not?

No they do not have arch support. I bought mine in July and already had to replace them.

Are these memory foam?

Our Dr. Scholl's Walk Longer Insoles do not have Memory Foam. They have a special blend of our soft foam that provides cushioning to deliver comfort and help reduce tired achy feet and legs.
