Amazon won't let me explain what I use this for, but it's a health issue that rhymes with "damps" in the part of the body between the knees and the feet. Works very well because of the Potassium and Magnesium, which my doc recommended.

These pills are really good haven’t gotten any cramps since I started taking them.

I was diagnosed with POTS in 2021 and I have tried everything to increase my electrolytes, but I hate constantly using drink packets that either have sugar, artificial ingredients, or both to supplement my normal salt intake. These electrolyte pills allow me to increase my electrolytes with clean ingredients, so I can feel good all the way around! I take 2 every morning and have them on a subscription. If I’m having an especially rough day I may take a third pill later on. I have no issues swallowing them and the size isn’t a problem for me, but someone who is older or has trouble swallowing pills may want to break them up. All in all, I can’t recommend these pills enough!

I purchased these for my husband and unfortunately they irritated his reflux and gave him reflux chest pain. He stopped taking them and the pain went away. He reintroduced them and the reflux pain started all over again. I was so hoping they would work for him...so much so that had them on autoship, I have since canceled and will try and give the remainder of the pills to a family member.
