BT Home Hub 3.0 and BT Total Broadband Welcome Pack FOR BT ONLY

hi... we got the v3.0 hub thinking that we would get better wireless signals..it turns out that v2.o hub was better!!we keep losing the signal...the reception is.ok on the desk where it is parked

Had to send back after two weeks as it stopped working

A good upgrade from previous BT hubs. Lots of inputs on the back for ethernet cables for those building up a network using cables.

The new BT hub 3 is much better than the old hub 2 in terms of reliability of connection. I had a lot of problems with the hub 2 with the connection to the internet constantly dropping. I would be without internet access for days at a time while waiting for BT to fix the problem. Hub 2 seemed to be working ok in terms of the lights showing up etc but if there was any external problem with the line outside of the building the Hub couldn't cope with it. BT would fix the problem outside and everything was ok for a while but then the connection would drop again. Eventually I managed to persuade BT to give me this updated Hub and after a month it hasn't dropped,.....Yet.If you have had problems with BT hub 2 and cannot persuade BT to upgrade you to Hub 3, I would say it is worth investing in buying one from Amazon.

After reading all the reviews ,l was a little reluctant to buy but l had a home hub 2 and it was out of date......l am glad l bought this and l got a bargain too..they are selling for £100 at Bt .....l can now play my smart TV apps love film and acetrax but not some other samsung aps on my TV like the fitness suite but all others play now where as before l had buffering on all but Love film ..so l am happy with my purchase ..it works well has not gone off at all through out the day my old hub 2 constantly went off a few times a day ....The home hub 3 does what l want and would recommend.... l have had no problems and can watch 99% of my apps now on samrt TV so am a happy chappy

We had used a high end Networks for some 9 months, with numerous crashes, and though Support were excellent finaly gave up and purchased this BT Hub, which has been excellent, fast, and completely reliable running our main office computer, and one additional computer some 20 metres away, really pleased with BT again.

To date this has been the best connectivity I have had with an home hub. My son and daughter use their laptops in their rooms and both have remarked on how strong the signal is.
